Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Prepayment Policy

• Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation, a 100% prepayment of the total accommodation amount is required via bank transfer.
• Payment Deadline: The full payment must be deposited within 48 hours of the booking request, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• Climate Resilience Fee (Tax): The Climate Resilience Fee (environmental tax) is not included in the room rate and must be paid obligatorily in cash upon your arrival (Check-in).

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:

• Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: You are entitled to a free cancellation. You will receive a 100% refund of the amount deposited (excluding any bank transfer fees).
• Cancellation between 30 and 59 days before arrival: In case of cancellation within this period, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued. The remaining 50% is retained by the property as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival / No-Show: For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in, or in case of a no-show, no refund will be provided and 100% of the booking total will be retained.
• Early Departure: In the event that you decide to depart earlier during your stay, no refunds will be issued.
